Artist, Megumi Hioki was born in Nagoya, Japan and learned Japanese calligraphy at a temple. Afterward she continued self studying by applying her skills to create original and unique calligraphy characters. Her work can be seen on logos, sales promotion and packaging in Japan. Her latest exhibition was at Ouchi Gallery in Brooklyn, NYC.
